On Timeshop4you.co.uk you can order premium-class clocks and watches online. All items are offered in brand-new condition. Orders are despatched in appropriate packages to ensure safe delivery. Items are either sent to you personally or to an address specified by you.

Prices

All our prices are stated and understood inclusive of VAT. In countries or areas where VAT does not apply, it is either automatically deducted from your invoice or you are refunded. Please note that we do not influence prices that are displayed on external websites, or that are listed by price comparison services, or that were cached by search engines. We are obliged only to those prices displayed on our website (except for cases where items were mispriced).

Best Price Guarantee

Our 'Best Price Guarantee' applies to products from British online stores only. Ebay auctions or other auctions cannot be taken into account. The articles must be new, free of damage and in original packaging. Delivery charges must be included. After having verified that another online store offers the same item at a better price than we do, you will receive an up-dated offer. In case you have already purchased the article in our store, you will be refunded the price differential. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. During extremely busy periods the refunding process may take up to 10 weekdays. Our Best Price Guarantee is valid up to 30 days after delivery

Contract of sale

The contract of sale becomes effective when the ordering process is successfully concluded and the order is despatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before despatch, if the circumstances make it necessary (items mispriced, unavailable, out of stock etc.) .

Terms of payment

All prices up to £ 75 are stated and understood without delivery costs. Orders over £ 75 qualify for free delivery within the UK. Customers can choose among the following payment options: PayPal or Credit Card.

Terms of delivery

All orders are delivered by our partnering shipping company DHL. Items that are in stock are usually despatched on the day the orders are received. The delivery estimate for each item is stated on the item's detail screen. It may not be possible to fulfil the delivery estimate during extremely busy periods. In these cases you will be notified via email. Note that orders will not be delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns & Refunds

Our '100 Day Money Back Option' means that we offer an extended cooling-off period of 100 days for all purchases that are made on this website. To qualify for this option, please make sure that you have read and fully understood our Returns & Refunds Policy and that the items meets the requirements stated therein. Items that were worn after the purchase do not qualify for our '100 Day Money Back Option'. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. During extremely busy periods the refunding process may take up to 10 weekdays. You must notify us within 24 hours if any visual defect is found with the unboxed item. The customer's Right of Revocation, which allows returning the items within a period of 2 weeks/7 weekdays after the item(s) have been received, is not affected by our extended 100 Day Money Back Option.

Risk and title change

Starting with the moment the products are delivered, all risk of damage or loss of products is assumed by you.

We do only storage private data that is absolutely necessary to process your order. Your private data will never be shared with anyone who is not entitled to use them. We will not share personal information with any external companies (e.g. market research, promotion etc.). We will never use your personal details for any other purposes than the registration and processing of your orders. After the final and successful processing of your orders, access to your personal data is automatically inactivated. Your private data is automatically deleted following the expiration of the statutory retention period. Note that this website uses Google Analytics to evaluate the usage of the website. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. All orders are thoroughly checked before despatch. This happens for security reasons to protect our company against fraud. When placing an order, your IP is automatically logged by our system. Should the address for despatch differ from the billing address we reserve the right to perform the necessary checks. In this case despatch may take longer than usual. All attempted frauds are reported to the appropriate authorities.
