Batterien & Entsorgung
Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz liegen uns am Herzen. Deshalb informieren wir Sie hier über den richtigen Umgang mit Batterien. Batterien enthalten wertvolle Rohstoffe, dürfen aber nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Erfahren Sie, wie Sie Altbatterien korrekt zurückgeben und so aktiv zum Schutz der Umwelt beitragen.

Batteries contain valuable raw materials, but also harmful substances. Therefore, they must not be disposed of with normal household waste. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on batteries expressly indicates this to you.

 

Please hand in used batteries at official collection points or free of charge at designated retail return points. This ensures safe and environmentally friendly disposal.

 

You are legally balanced to return old batteries professionally. By doing so, you make an important contribution to protecting the environment and recycling valuable materials.

Wir möchten, dass Sie mit Ihrem Einkauf bei uhren4you rundum zufrieden sind. Falls Sie Ihre Uhr doch einmal zurücksenden möchten, finden Sie hier alle wichtigen Informationen zu Fristen, Verpackung und Ablauf. So stellen wir sicher, dass Ihre Rücksendung schnell und unkompliziert bearbeitet werden kann.

We only accept unused watches in their original packaging. Should there be any signs of wear or damage to the watch or the packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a deduction or refuse the return.

If you purchased your watch directly from our online shop, you have a return period of 100 days from receipt of the goods.
For purchases made via platforms such as Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces, the return rules of the respective portal apply.

Please use secure packaging – ideally in the same way you received the watch from us. Some models (e.g., those with glass components) must be specially protected using two boxes. If the watch arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we accept no liability for the damage.

 

Once we have inspected the goods, you will receive either a credit note or – if requested – an exchange.

When purchasing large regulators or grandfather clocks, you can take advantage of our assembly service. For a small additional fee, we will provide a competent technician who will professionally set up and start your new clock. Simply contact our service team by phone or e-mail to arrange an appointment.

We guarantee you the best price online. If you find the watch you purchased from us cheaper elsewhere within 30 days (excluding eBay, Amazon, and other auction portals), we will refund the price difference immediately.

We work efficiently and leanly – without unnecessary structures. In addition, we benefit from strong partners and high purchase volumes, which allow us to receive attractive discounts. We pass these directly on to you.

We ship by default with DHL. Large products such as grandfather clocks are delivered via freight forwarding. Deliveries to DHL Packstations are also possible.

Yes. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply. German VAT (19%) will be automatically deducted.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking information.

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address in the checkout or have it delivered to a DHL Packstation.

After completing your order, you will be redirected to Klarna. A real-time credit check will be performed there. Depending on the result, you can pay by invoice (14-day payment term) or in flexible installments.

Credit and Debit Card

Prepayment via Mollie

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email from Mollie with the bank details. As soon as your payment has been received, we will ship your goods.

You transfer the amount directly via your own online banking. You will receive all important information (IBAN, BIC, reference) via email after placing the order.
