We ship with DHL and use freight forwarding for large products
Standard shipping is with DHL GoGreen, ensuring speed and security. Delivery takes place Monday through Saturday. We also deliver to DHL Packstations of your choice. Shipping costs will not be refunded if you return the product due to dissatisfaction. In this case, the buyer bears the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs.
Shipping costs Germany
From €80, we ship within Germany free of charge.
Below that, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany.
Freight shipping for large grandfather clocks
For clocks that must be shipped by freight due to their size (e.g., grandfather clocks), we charge a surcharge of €80.00 within Germany and €250 within Europe. International shipping of these clocks is available upon request.
