The Chris Benz story

The Chris Benz story revolves around the passion of a manager for the underwater world. Chris Benz, great-grandson to the founder of the Württemberg Watch Factory, was a water sports enthusiast and diver at a young age already, who used to spend more time underwater than on dry land. He used to get together with friends and other divers, surf, sailing and diving instructors, as well as many water sports professionals, who shared the same passion for the fascinating water world. This group of people founded the CHRIS BENZ Ocean Team, a community of sportswomen and sportsmen from all over the world who would partake to it, and still do.

The diver’s watches of the CHRIS BENZ collection distinguish themselves for their uncompromising ergonomic design, their great reliability, and their high quality. Resistant watch cases in special marine stainless steel, high quality precise mechanisms, reliable instruments, helium valve and depth metre technology as well as a diving resistance up to 200 bar are the basic asset for this brand. In addition to that, the watch glass is made of scratch-proof and indestructible sapphire glass with a value of 9 on the hardness grade scale, almost as hard as a diamond, with its 10 out 10.
