The watch of the week - Björn Hendal BHBSBRC 400
This men's watch has a brown leather strap with crocodile embossing and a silver stainless steel case. The special feature is a screw-down case back with the Björn Hendal emblem and an elk. The dial is dark blue (almost black) with a rose gold stick index. The watch has three chronographs with a small seconds display, a 24h display, and a stopwatch function. The movement is a quartz movement, and the watch is also water-resistant to around 50 meters. It comes in a stylish brown leather box!

Advantages of Plexiglas
Instead of sapphire or mineral glass, as with many others, the watch crystal is made of acrylic or plexiglas. This has many advantages: for one, it can be domed over the watch dial. It is also anti-reflective coated, and the lower density of plexiglas brings the decisive advantage that light can pass through the material better. As a result, the watch crystal has fewer reflections than is the case with sapphire crystal, for example.
Another advantage of plexiglas is its break resistance. It is more flexible than other watch crystals and therefore less susceptible to impact and pressure. If the watch falls once, you do not have to worry that the glass could shatter right away.
