The Chris Benz story

The story of CHRIS BENZ Watches is the story of a young manager's passion for the wet element. Since his youth, Chris Benz, great-grandson of the founder of the Württemberg watch factory, has been an enthusiastic water sportsman and diver who, at times, is found more underwater than above it. He joined forces with friends and other divers, surf, sailing, and diving instructors, and other water sports professionals who shared his fascination with the world of water. This group formed the seed of the CHRIS BENZ Ocean Team, where top athletes from all over the world, men and women alike, were welcome as members then and still are today. The diving watches in the CHRIS BENZ collection are characterized by uncompromising ergonomic design, high reliability, and excellent build quality. Durable cases made of special marine-grade stainless steel, precise quality movements, reliable display instruments, helium valve and depth gauge technology, and guaranteed diving resistance of up to 200 bar are all standard. In addition, the watch crystals are made of highly scratch-resistant, virtually indestructible sapphire crystal, which, with a hardness rating of 9, is surpassed only by diamond at 10 out of 10 on the hardness scale.
