Models of this brand are made by our own cabinetmaker. Many years of experience in clockmaking and a special love of detail characterize every Meisterstück grandfather clock. The clock movements we install here come from the manufacturer Kieninger, which can look back on a tradition of more than 100 years in movement making and many special patents. As we manufacture the Meisterstück clocks ourselves, we can also, if necessary, fulfill customers' individual wood preferences in order to combine the specified interior style with the clock's wood tone, as close as possible.
The Meisterstück model No. 12 is made of solid oak and finished in black lacquer as the standard version. Other colors are also available at the customer's request. The pendulum and weights are highly polished chrome-plated. The clock has a lockable door. The quality of this model is underlined by the so-called faceted grinding of the glass panels. The pendulum is a so-called seconds-compensating pendulum. This pendulum has fine adjustment and allows the clock to be set extremely accurately, with only slight deviations. The clock has a white dial with Roman numerals, which matches the cable-driven movement and chrome-plated inner workings very elegantly. The so-called RS cable-driven movement is equipped with the well-known Westminster chime and an automatic night shut-off.
