In the latest Germany Test, conducted by FOCUS and the Cologne-based analysis and consulting firm ServiceValue, Uhren4you took the top position in the watches category and was awarded as the best online shop in Germany in this segment.

Fast and convenient — that is the motto. Online shopping is part of everyday life for many people these days. After all, customers can choose what they want from a wide range of products around the clock and without waiting, and have it conveniently delivered straight to their home.
But which online shop are customers most satisfied with? Together with the market researchers at ServiceValue, Germany Test asked customers for their opinion. The 1,000 online shops in Germany with the highest sales were evaluated. In 65 categories (books, cosmetics, fitness, jewelry, watches, sportswear, etc.), the study examined which online shop could impress with the highest customer satisfaction.
For the objective and independent test, 1,000 customer responses were collected and analyzed for each shop. Each respondent was given a manageable selection of shops to rate, or to indicate whether they were or had ever been a customer there at all. Respondents were asked to judge from their own customer experience how satisfied they are overall with the online shops listed. A ranking across all shops in the 65 categories was then created from the average of the responses.
More than 990,000 reviews for almost 1,000 shops provide the insight. The central factor in the ranking is customer satisfaction, which helps determine whether an online shop is actually successful. Uhren4you achieved top marks in this context. In the watches category, the online shop prevailed against the competition and took first place. As the industry winner, Uhren4you receives the distinction “Best Online Shop”.
