General notes on Hermle clocks

Unpacking the clock When unpacking the clock from its original packaging, make sure that the clock is not lifted out of the packaging by the dial. Otherwise, the dial could break off the case. In general, the clock should be lifted out of the box by the case. Any damage to the dial caused by improper handling is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please carefully pull the foam upward between the hands and the dial (towards 12 o'clock). For now, remove only the foam between the case and the movement. Please remove the cardboard retainers from the cable pulleys later. Hanging the clock Use the screws and wall plugs provided to hang the clock case. Please first make sure that the screws are suitable for the surface (masonry); if not, please use suitable screws and wall plugs. Please refer to the operating instructions for all other information.
