Modern marble in the JVD HC21.2
Marble is old-fashioned and heavy? Far from it! With trend designs like marble effect, the classic material of Italian palaces and Greek palaces is making its way into your own four walls. Marble looks very elegant and creates a stylish atmosphere. One example is our eye-catcher, the JVD HC21.2 wall clock with a marble dial.
Marble (shimmering, gleaming) is a carbonate rock composed of the minerals calcite, dolomite, or aragonite.
There are different meanings of the word marble: in petrographic terms, it is a metamorphic rock formed by the transformation (metamorphosis) of limestone and other carbonate-rich rocks, deep within the Earth through heat and pressure. In addition to the petrographic definition, cultural and economic meanings of marble can be distinguished. A number of important buildings and works of art are made of marble. Marble is used for flooring and stair coverings, tabletops, wall tiles, washbasins, and façade panels. The extraction of marble, which has been carried out for thousands of years, is still a laborious and time-consuming process today.
Even today, using marble in your home is still very modern. To give walls a special elegance and individuality, natural stone tiles are a proven option. Here, almost unlimited possibilities open up to you: whether as a floor tile, on the wall, or for individual eye-catchers in the home as marble stone or simply in marble effect, it is well suited.
We create an eye-catcher, namely with the JVD HC21.2 marble effect wall clock.
The 30cm wall clock has a black plastic case with a POM frame. The hands, line indices, and four Arabic numerals (12,3,6,9) are also kept in a simple black. The background of the dial shows a chic white-grey marble dial.
This wall clock can be wonderfully combined in any modern living space and is therefore a real eye-catcher.
For a darker taste, we can recommend the JVD HC21.1. The otherwise identical clock differs only in its silver case color and the black-grey marble color on the dial.
