The Return Policy at Uhren4you.de
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in retail stores and online shopping. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (BGB § 13). Of course, you can also return wristwatches or wall clocks to us if you do not like them or can no longer use them. When you buy from us, you take no risks at all. For all purchases from Uhren4you.de, we grant a voluntary return right of a total of 100 days that goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. After that, our customer can also withdraw from the contract 100 days after the statutory withdrawal period has expired. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Our return conditions
- Our return period is 100 days.
- If you simply do not like the item, the customer bears the return shipping costs themselves.
- We only accept new products in the original packaging. If there is any damage to the watch and/or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a reduction.
- Please check carefully whether all parts are included in the package (e.g. weights, pendulum, operating instructions, etc.)
- The goods must be packed safely and securely by you to avoid possible damage during transport.
- After we receive the returned goods, you can expect a credit note or an exchange within 3 working days.
- Please fill out the return form carefully and note (IMPORTANT!) your reference number or invoice number!
- If you no longer have the return form, please enclose a note yourself with your contact details and reference number or invoice number.
