Waidzeit – A New Wooden Watch Brand

Another brand in our shop is Waidzeit wristwatches. Since wooden wristwatches are hugely popular right now and continue to be in demand in our shop, we can introduce you to a new wooden watch brand. Find out more now about these unique watches from Austria!

The Waidzeit brand

The Waidzeit brand is a young company from the Ennstal region of Styria that has devoted itself with great passion to designing unique wooden wristwatches. Whether it is a wood or loden strap, a chronograph or a standard quartz watch, even pocket watches can be found among these models. The Ennstal homeland is closely woven into Waidzeit products. The natural materials used — including Swiss stone pine wood (from the family farm) and Schladming loden (from grass green to stone gray) — reflect the mountain world of Ennstal. The company is based in the Schladming region, where the products are designed and manufactured in partnership with regional companies as well as international watch and jewelry manufacturers.

Sustainability is no longer just a buzzword or trend today, but a given for many and above all a lifestyle. Waidzeit took this as its starting point from the very beginning and in 2014 began to bring experience in processing wood and a passion for beautiful design into the creation of timeless wooden products: made from natural wood, from high-quality components, with a clear, minimalist design and feather-light weight that ensures exceptionally high wearing comfort.

Our Waidzeit watch models

These two models are men's watches. The XY01_20LOGG has a green loden strap, which is similar to a fabric strap. The case is made of brown wood and the dial of the quartz watch is black with a gold-tone baton index.

The GE01_W is made entirely of wood and therefore has a brown link bracelet with metal inserts and a brown wooden case with a stainless steel back.

The dial is white with a silver-tone baton index. The wooden watch is also a chronograph watch, as it has hours, minutes, seconds, date, stopwatch function, and a small seconds subdial.
