What are industrial clocks?

The terms industry and clocks are familiar to all of us. But what exactly is an industrial clock, such as the ones available in our shop? Use of industrial clocks

An industrial clock is used wherever there are many people. It must be clearly and easily readable for everyone, even from a great distance. This makes it suitable for many different indoor spaces such as offices, production halls, sports halls, schools, government offices, or reception halls and conference rooms. But also outdoor areas such as parking lots, company premises, train stations, or outdoor swimming pools.

Industrial clocks are wall clocks that can be used indoors and outdoors. They meet the typical industrial quality standard because they are extremely robust. They are usually made of weather-resistant materials such as aluminum or stainless steel and also feature a lightweight design. They often have a large diameter so they are easy to read, especially from afar. Industrial clocks can be single-sided, but also double-sided for reading. They are available unlit or illuminated for poor lighting conditions. The dials are white with a black, clear, and easy-to-read index such as bar markers or Arabic numerals. A second hand may be present, but is not absolutely necessary; in many cases it is red. An industrial clock can have a radio-controlled movement, but this is not mandatory.
