Buying guide: The right AMS clock for your premises

1. Clock movement and modern drive
You have the free choice between classic quartz movements, low-noise quartz pendulum movements or highly precise radio-controlled movements. The latter adjust automatically to the correct time and always show you the split-second time, which means enormous convenience in everyday life.

2. Protective glass and dial design
Domed or artistically faceted mineral glass protects the dial from dust while creating noble light reflections in the room. Clear Arabic numerals enable fast, uncomplicated legibility of the time from different viewing angles.

3. High-quality materials and timeless design
From fine wood types like beech to gleaming metal and modern glass variants, the clocks harmonise perfectly with various living styles. They visually enhance every room and fit harmoniously into your interior.

• Quartz pendulum movement: Combines a classic look with modern and reliable technology.
• Made in Germany: Stands for proven quality from traditional domestic production.
• Mineral glass: Offers robust protection against scratches, dust and external influences.

Aesthetics and function for a stylish living ambience

A suitably selected wall clock or grandfather clock is far more than a mere utilitarian object for telling time. It decisively shapes the room atmosphere and underlines your personal taste in interior design. Thanks to robust case constructions and high-quality movements, you will enjoy these stylish timekeepers in your home for many years to come.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How do I set an AMS radio-controlled clock correctly?
After inserting the required batteries, the radio-controlled clock automatically searches for the time signal. As soon as this is received, it automatically sets itself to the split-second time.

What care does a wall clock with a wooden case need?
The natural or lacquered wood case should be cleaned occasionally with a dry or only slightly dampened microfibre cloth. The use of harsh chemical cleaners should generally be avoided.

Why does the pendulum of my AMS wall clock not swing evenly?
Please check whether the wall clock is attached absolutely horizontally and stably to the wall. Even a minimal misalignment can cause the mechanical pendulum to block and swing unevenly.
