The Bauhaus 2064-1 is a classic men's wristwatch in timeless Bauhaus style, manufactured in-house in Ruhla, Germany. The white dial with gold-coloured numerals and indices, complemented by luminous hands, gives the watch an elegant, highly legible appearance. The stainless steel case with a diameter of 40 mm and a height of 11 mm sits comfortably on the wrist and underscores the clear, functional design language of the Bauhaus tradition.
The watch is powered by the Japanese automatic movement Citizen-Miyota Calibre 8215 with 21 jewels — a reliable, low-maintenance movement that requires no battery. K1 mineral glass (safety glass) reliably protects the dial against everyday wear. The watch is water-resistant to 5 bar, making it ideally suited for daily use. Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Remove mechanical watches when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
