Description
The Casio Vintage A159WEVJ-2EF is a distinctive timepiece from the Vintage Series, blending Japanese craftsmanship with classic Casio design. It is manufactured at the legendary Yamagata factory – Casio's so-called "mother plant" – and bears the Made in Japan designation. The dial features the traditional Seigaiha pattern: overlapping concentric arcs that symbolise ocean waves and are said to bring the wearer good fortune and peaceful days.
The dial is finished using both vapour-deposition coating and printing techniques, creating a subtle, shimmering sparkle that shifts with the light. The resin case with chrome finish houses a digital quartz movement with stopwatch, timekeeping, hourly time signal and automatic calendar functions. The stainless steel bracelet is self-adjustable and fits wrist circumferences between 15 and 20.5 cm. A green LED light ensures easy readability even in the dark. The model comes in an exclusive special packaging, making it an excellent gift or collector's item.

- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Remove mechanical watches when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
