Description
The Casio G-SHOCK GBD-300-7ER is a sports men's watch from the G-SQUAD line, designed specifically for active runners and fitness enthusiasts. The robust case, crafted from resin and bio-based resin, offers shock-resistant construction and is water-resistant to 20 bar, making it equal to every training demand. The high-resolution MIP-LCD display (Memory-in-Pixel) with Super Illuminator lighting ensures excellent legibility even in low-light conditions, while an automatic light function activates when the wrist is tilted.
The GBD-300-7ER connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and uses the paired device's GPS for precise distance measurement. The watch can then calculate running distance accurately even without a smartphone connection. Automatic lap recording, calorie burn, pace and average speed are all tracked and can be conveniently managed via the CASIO WATCHES App. The soft bio-based resin strap, with 5 mm hole intervals, allows a precise fit for wrists between 145 and 215 mm.

- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
