The Casio G-Shock G-Lide GBX-H5600-1ER is the first G-Lide watch featuring an integrated optical heart rate monitor, setting new standards in sport and outdoor watches. The transparent case crafted from bio-based carbon and bio-based resin gives the watch a modern, sustainable aesthetic that fuses the iconic square G-Shock silhouette with innovative sports technology. Weighing just 47 g, its lightweight design makes it the ideal companion for running, hiking or surfing.
Thanks to the built-in accelerometer, the GBX-H5600-1ER accurately captures motion data such as steps, pace and calorie consumption. Bluetooth connectivity enables automatic time correction via the smartphone app, as well as the analysis of training and sleep data in collaboration with Polar. The energy-efficient MIP-LCD display ensures excellent legibility in all lighting conditions, while solar charging provides reliable, battery-free power. With water resistance to 200 m, the watch is perfectly suited to demanding water and surf sports. The G-Lide series also features tide and moon phase displays for surfers and water sports enthusiasts.

- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have checked annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Set mechanical watches down when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
