Description
The Casio G-Shock G-Lide GBX-H5600-2ER is the first G-Lide to feature an integrated heart rate monitor, marking a milestone in G-Shock history. The transparent bio-based carbon case with blue resin strap gives this sports watch a modern, lightweight look — ideal for surfers, runners and all active athletes.
The solar-powered movement of the GBX-H5600-2ER connects via Bluetooth to the Casio app, enabling automatic time synchronisation as well as detailed training and sleep management in collaboration with Polar. In addition to the heart rate monitor, the watch offers a step counter, tide graph, moon data, sunrise and sunset times, and world time for 38 time zones. With water resistance to 200 metres, it is perfectly suited for water sports.

- Avoid: Aggressive agents, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have checked annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Set mechanical watches down when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
