Description
The Casio G-SHOCK GM-S5640GEM-7ER is a limited edition model from the 40th Anniversary Adventurer's Stone Series, celebrating four decades of G-SHOCK in spectacular fashion. The design is inspired by translucent calcite: the stainless steel bezel features laser engraving with rainbow-coloured ion plating that masterfully replicates the crystalline pattern of calcite and its refracted light. The transparent resin strap and dial carry the same distinctive pattern.
The dial proudly displays the inscription "SINCE 1983", while the case back features the anniversary logo designed by Eric Haze. The strap loop is adorned with a laser-engraved four-star motif symbolising the four decades. Technically, the watch impresses with shock resistance, water resistance to 20 bar, a stopwatch, countdown timer, multi-function alarm, and electroluminescent backlight for excellent legibility in the dark.

- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
