Description
The Citizen Promaster Blue Ocean BN0167-09W is a limited-edition diver's watch from the Promaster Marine collection, combining sustainability with high-performance technology. The distinctive blue dial is made from recycled plastic and printed with pigment-free ink by Fujifilm (Structural Colour Inkjet Technology) — its vivid colours are produced by light reflecting off countless microstructures. The stainless steel case measures 44 mm in diameter, is water-resistant to 20 bar, meets the ISO 6425 standard for diver's watches, and features a unidirectional rotating bezel.
The watch is powered by Citizen's in-house Eco-Drive calibre E168, which converts any light source into electrical energy and offers a power reserve of 180 days. The strap is crafted from BENEBiOL™, a bio-based polyurethane by Mitsubishi Chemical, further reflecting the environmental commitment of this worldwide limited edition of 8,700 pieces. The watch also includes a date display and a charge level indicator.

- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Aggressive agents, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have checked annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Set mechanical watches down when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
