The Junkers Tante JU 9.33.01.03.M is an elegant men's wristwatch paying tribute to the legendary Junkers JU 52 transport aircraft. The silver-tone stainless steel case with its distinctive corrugated metal look and the silver dial featuring multiple subdials inspired by historic cockpit instruments give this watch an unmistakable aviator character. With a case diameter of 40 mm and a case thickness of 10.2 mm, it sits comfortably on the wrist.
The quartz movement delivers precise timekeeping and offers a moon phase display alongside date, day-of-week, and month indications. The high-quality sapphire crystal reliably protects the expressive dial from scratches. The screw-down case back and sealed crown ensure water resistance to 5 ATM. - Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
