The Lorus Classic RG298YX9 is an elegant ladies' watch that combines timeless design with solid quality. The stainless steel case, measuring 3.2 cm in diameter and 0.84 cm in thickness, gives the watch a feminine, compact silhouette that is ideally suited for everyday wear. The champagne-coloured sunray-brushed dial with hour, minute and second hands ensures a classic, easy-to-read time display.
A flat mineral glass protects the dial reliably against scratches, while water resistance to 5 bar makes it perfectly equipped for daily life. Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
