The Lorus RL416CX9 is a sporty men's automatic watch from the Sports collection by Lorus. The stainless steel case, measuring 42 mm in diameter and 12 mm in thickness, provides a robust foundation for the automatic calibre Y676, which requires no battery and is wound by the natural movement of the wrist. A screwed, see-through case back offers a view of the movement and underlines the technical character of this watch.
The blue-grey dial with hour, minute and second hands, as well as a date and day-of-the-week display, gives the watch a sporty yet elegant appearance. The flat mineral glass reliably protects the dial, while water resistance to 10 bar makes this watch a dependable companion for water sports activities. Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
