Description
The Luminox XL.1761 Atacama Adventurer is a rugged men's field watch built for true adventurers. The 43 mm stainless steel case combines timeless design with outstanding durability and is water-resistant to 20 ATM (200 metres) thanks to a screw-down crown and screw-down case back. As a Swiss Made quartz watch powered by the trusted Ronda movement, it delivers precise timekeeping and an exceptionally long service interval.
At the heart of the watch is the Luminox Light Technology (LLT) system: tritium gas tubes provide constant legibility for up to 25 years without any external power source, day and night. The black dial features both a 12-hour display and a 24-hour scale, as well as a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating reliably protects the dial from damage. A black textile strap completes the functional field-watch aesthetic.

Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
