The Luminox Atacama Field XL.1970.HY.N.SET is a men's watch limited to 600 pieces worldwide, part of the special "Year of the Horse" edition. The 43 mm case is crafted from the brand's signature CARBONOX™ material – an exceptionally lightweight, scratch-resistant and durable high-performance composite in matte black. A screwed-down caseback in surgical-grade 316L stainless steel completes the robust construction. The Swiss Ronda 515 quartz movement powers the watch reliably, offering a battery life of approximately 50 months.

The black dial with khaki accents gives the watch a distinctive field character. Eleven of Luminox's renowned self-powered light tubes combined with orange hands ensure round-the-clock legibility – without charging, for up to 25 years. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating protects the dial reliably. The watch is water-resistant to 10 ATM. The SET includes two straps: a black rubber-textile strap and an olive green NATO strap, both 23 mm wide with a black CARBONOX™ pin buckle – ideal for outdoor use.

Care & Cleaning

• Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
• Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
  Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!!
• Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
• Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
• Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
• Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
• Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
• Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.

Storage & Handling

• Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
• When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
