The Luminox Scott Cassell XS.1551 is a professional dive watch built for serious water sports enthusiasts and divers. Named after renowned underwater filmmaker and Navy SEAL trainer Scott Cassell, this watch was designed for use at extreme depths. The case is crafted from CARBONOX™, a high-performance carbon-based composite material developed by Luminox, distinguished by its exceptional lightness, scratch resistance, and durability. With a water resistance of 30 ATM (300 metres), this watch is fully equipped for professional diving.
The black dial features tritium gas light tubes on the hands and indices, providing a permanently self-illuminating display without any external light source – even in total darkness underwater. The anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal reliably protects against scratches and ensures optimal legibility. A reliable Swiss quartz movement powers the watch. The black rubber strap with pin buckle sits securely on the wrist and is ideal for wet conditions. The screw-down crown and screw-down stainless steel case back guarantee maximum water resistance.

Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
