The Luminox Scott Cassell Deep Dive XS.1567 is a professional dive watch developed in collaboration with deep-sea diver and underwater filmmaker Scott Cassell. The 45 mm case is crafted from Carbonox™, Luminox's exclusive carbon-based composite material renowned for its extreme lightness, high scratch resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. The watch is water-resistant to 300 metres (30 ATM), making it built for professional diving operations under the most demanding conditions.
The green dial is equipped with tritium gas tubes on the hands and indices, providing constant illumination without any external light source — a decisive advantage during dives in low-visibility depths. The sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating reliably protects the dial from scratches. The Swiss Made quartz movement ensures precise timekeeping, while the patented bezel locking system and screwed stainless steel caseback guarantee maximum water-tightness. Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
