The Mondaine Classic A658.30323.16OMV is a timeless timepiece for women, combining pure minimalist design with a commitment to sustainable materials. The 30 mm brushed stainless steel case frames a clean white dial with no logo – only the iconic red seconds hand adds a signature touch. The design is Bauhaus-inspired and traces its roots to the original clock developed for Swiss railway stations in 1944, which Mondaine brought to the wrist in 1986 as the Official Swiss Railways Watch.
The vegan grape leather strap in black with a red lining is made from plant-based eco-composite materials and recycled PET – a clear commitment to sustainability without compromising on style. The Swiss quartz movement Ronda 763E ensures precise timekeeping. Each watch is assembled by hand in Solothurn, Switzerland, and tested to 3 ATM water resistance. A quick-release system makes strap changes effortless.

Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw down the crown firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Full service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- When winding mechanical watches, lay them down flat; do not leave the crown pulled out.
