Description
The Mondaine Helvetica Smart MH1.R2S20.LB unites traditional Swiss watchmaking with modern smartwatch technology. The 40 mm round, silver-tone stainless steel case features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and houses a precise Swiss quartz movement, Swiss Made, as is characteristic of Mondaine. The analogue display with hour and minute hands, plus a subdial for the date and activity status, gives the watch a timeless, purist appearance inspired by the iconic Helvetica typeface.
Via Bluetooth, the Helvetica Smart connects to Android and iOS smartphones, syncing activity data, sleep tracking insights, and message and call notifications. The black leather strap, 20 mm wide with a classic pin buckle, lends the watch an elegant touch that carries it effortlessly from the office to casual wear. With water resistance to 3 bar, it is well suited for everyday use. A case thickness of 11 mm ensures a pleasantly slim feel on the wrist despite the integrated smartwatch electronics.

Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
