The Mondaine Doppio MLE.41220.SM is a 41mm men's watch that blends vintage charm with understated minimalism. The concavely curved black dial with a circular brushed finish is covered by a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, creating a captivating interplay of light and depth. The design concept of duality is expressed through double lines on the hands and indices, as well as the red seconds hand, which connects this piece to the iconic MONDAINE Official Swiss Railways collection. The original MONDAINE logo from 1951 is engraved on the caseback.
The case is crafted from brushed 316L stainless steel, 91% of which is made from recycled material — a clear commitment to sustainable production. The tone-on-tone black case pairs with a stainless steel mesh bracelet for a refined overall aesthetic. The watch is powered by the Swiss quartz movement RONDA 515 RL. - Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
