The Mondaine Doppio MLE.41240.LQV.SET is a 41 mm men's watch from the Doppio collection, blending vintage charm with modern minimalism. The concave blue dial with a circular brushed finish is complemented by a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating — a combination that creates a stunning interplay of light and depth. Double lines on the hands and indices, along with the red tip of the seconds hand, echo the iconic MONDAINE railway clock collection.
The case crafted from brushed 316L stainless steel is made from 91% recycled material and is water-resistant to 5 ATM. The set comes with a blue vegan apple leather strap as well as an additional stainless steel mesh bracelet, making it effortless to switch up the look. The quick-change system further simplifies strap swapping. The caseback is engraved with the original Mondaine logo from 1951, a testament to the brand's rich heritage. Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
