The Rombach & Haas Classic SL35-9 is an original Black Forest cuckoo clock in a modern birdhouse design, VdS-certified and handcrafted at the traditional Rombach & Haas manufactory in the Black Forest. The finely lacquered quality MDF case in elegant grey gives this wall clock a timelessly modern character, blending classic craftsmanship with contemporary style. A particularly large and carefully hand-carved cuckoo appears permanently without a door, bowing on the hour and half hour, just as tradition dictates from the very first Black Forest cuckoo clocks.

The mechanical 8-day movement with rack strike delivers precise timekeeping and an authentic sound. The cuckoo call sounds on the hour according to the number of hours, and once on the half hour.
