The Seiko Prospex SRPL53K1 is an exclusive PADI Special Edition from the Slim Samurai collection, a diver's watch that embodies the unique relationship between Seiko Prospex and PADI, the world's leading dive organisation. The distinctive emerald green gradient dial is inspired by the shimmering light and wave movements perceived from beneath the water's surface. The polished and brushed stainless steel case features the inscription "SPECIAL EDITION" on the caseback, underscoring the exclusive character of this timepiece.
With a case diameter of 41.7 mm and a height of 12.3 mm, the Slim Samurai combines a bold sporting presence with a pleasantly slim fit on the wrist. The in-house automatic movement Calibre 4R35 with a power reserve of 41 hours, a unidirectional rotating bezel, luminous hands and indices, and water resistance to 200 m make it a reliable companion underwater. - Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
