Description
The Seiko Prospex HBB002K1 is an exclusive limited-edition dive watch celebrating the 60th anniversary of PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and 10 years of successful partnership between Seiko and PADI. With only 8,000 pieces available worldwide, this watch is a highly sought-after collector's piece for divers and watch enthusiasts alike. The striking blue dial is inspired by the PADI anniversary logo and features a globe motif spanning the entire dial surface. Red accents at the 6 o'clock position and on the seconds hand add colourful highlights reminiscent of PADI's brand colours.
The stainless steel case with a diameter of 45 mm houses the proven automatic calibre 4R36 with manual winding capability and a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The unidirectional rotating bezel features a vivid blue ceramic insert offering excellent scratch resistance. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and LumiBrite luminous material on the hands, indices and bezel ensure optimal legibility even underwater. The package includes both a stainless steel bracelet and a premium silicone strap printed with "Professional Association of Diving Instructors".

- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
