The Seiko 5 Sports HDB001K1 is a robust men's watch from the popular 5 Sports Field series. The stainless steel case, measuring 39.4 mm in diameter and 13.6 mm in thickness, features a curved Hardlex crystal and offers reliable protection in demanding environments thanks to its water resistance of 100 metres.
At its heart beats the automatic movement Calibre 4R34 with manual winding and a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The watch features a practical GMT function (24-hour hand for displaying a second time zone), a hacking seconds hand, and a date display. Hands and indices are coated with LumiBrite for optimal legibility even in the dark. The stainless steel bracelet, measuring 20.5 cm in length, is secured by a triple-fold clasp with push-button release. The exhibition caseback and screwed case back underline the premium character of this sports watch.

- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have checked annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not directly with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Remove mechanical watches when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
