Description
The Seiko SSC947P1 is an impressive sports watch from the Prospex Speedtimer collection and a tribute to the legendary Pogue watch. The robust stainless steel case with a diameter of 41.4 mm and a thickness of 13.0 mm offers optimal wearing comfort on the wrist and impresses with its distinctive, sporty design. The domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective inner coating ensures excellent legibility in all lighting conditions.
The SSC947P1 is powered by the Seiko solar calibre V192, offering an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and up to approximately six months of power reserve when fully charged. The solar chronograph measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5-second increments and additionally features a 24-hour hand, small seconds, date display and a power reserve indicator. With water resistance of 10 bar and a screw-down case back, the watch is perfectly equipped for demanding outdoor activities. LumiBrite on the hands and indices ensures reliable legibility even in the dark.

- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
