The Seiko SSH169J1 is an exclusive Limited Edition men's watch from the Prospex Speedtimer collection, limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide and dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Seiko brand. The stainless steel case with Super-Hard Coating gives the watch exceptional scratch resistance and a striking black finish. With a diameter of 42 mm and a thickness of 12.9 mm, the watch sits powerfully yet comfortably on the wrist.
The SSH169J1 is powered by the GPS Solar calibre 5X83, which ensures complete timekeeping accuracy through automatic GPS reception — no manual setting required. The sapphire crystal chronograph offers a perpetual calendar until 2100, world time for 38 cities, dual time, day display, and a chronograph with up to 12 hours of elapsed time in 1/20-second increments. LumiBrite luminous material on the hands and indices ensures optimal legibility in the dark.

- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
