Description
The Seiko Astron SSJ037J1 is a men's watch limited to 1,500 pieces from the Astron GPS Solar collection. Inspired by the interior of a futuristic spacecraft, the dial features a unique pattern of rays emanating from three directions, creating a sense of weightlessness. The case, bracelet and dial are all rendered in a uniform silver tone, evoking a metallic spaceship atmosphere.
The titanium case with extra-hard coating and the two-layer bezel crafted from different metals lend the watch a precise, forward-looking aesthetic. The GPS Solar calibre 3X62 receives satellite signals for automatic time zone correction, ensuring the watch remains accurate to the second at all times. LumiBrite on the hands and indices provides excellent legibility in the dark. A serial number is engraved on the screw-down case back.

Care & Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
- Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!! - Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
- Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
- Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
- Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
- Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
- Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.
Storage & Handling
- Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
- Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
