The Sternglas Marus 2.0 is the result of a deliberate evolution of the sold-out Marus — redesigned from the ground up with improved legibility and thoughtful usability for everyday wear. The black dial features two-tone Luminova on the widened hour indices and an aluminium bezel, ensuring optimal readability both in daylight and in the dark. Extended, lume-filled hands and a contrasting red seconds hand make the time instantly readable at a glance.

The case in brushed and polished 316L stainless steel measures 42 mm in diameter and offers water resistance of up to 20 bar thanks to a screw-down crown with a dual-gasket system and a screw-down case back — ideal for showering, swimming and water sports. The double anti-reflective, domed sapphire crystal reliably protects against everyday scratches. Inside, the mechanical automatic movement Seiko TMI NH35 operates with a power reserve of up to 41 hours. The unidirectionally rotating bezel with 120 clicks follows the tradition of classic dive watches and enables precise measurement of elapsed time.

Care & Cleaning

• Daily: Wipe case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and perspiration.
• Water-resistant watches: Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry thoroughly.
  Important: Screw the crown down firmly beforehand!!!
• Not water-resistant: Clean only dry or slightly damp, do not use water or cleaning agents.
• Avoid: Harsh chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and heat.
• Leather straps: Do not soak, clean only slightly damp and allow to dry away from heat.
• Water resistance: Do not wear in the shower or bath, have it tested annually.
• Battery (quartz): Have a depleted battery replaced immediately.
• Mechanical watches: Service by a master watchmaker every 5 years.

Storage & Handling

• Store the watch separately, not in direct contact with other jewellery (risk of scratching).
• Place mechanical watches on a flat surface when winding, do not leave the crown pulled out.
