Payment options

Invoice Payment:

For living room clocks with a value of up to €150, even first-time customers have the option to pay by invoice after receiving the goods. We reserve the right to decline invoice payment and request the customer to choose an alternative payment method if necessary.

Prepayment:

When you place an order in our shop, you will receive an invoice via email. Once we confirm the receipt of payment, we will immediately initiate the shipping process. We offer a 3% discount on all wristwatches paid for in advance.

Credit Card:

Pay quickly and securely with your credit card. We accept Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa/Electron. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

As soon as we receive your order, the goods will be shipped immediately. You pay the invoice amount in cash upon delivery. An additional COD fee of €6.00 will be charged. COD deliveries are only available within Germany. Any costs incurred due to refusal to accept or failure to pay the COD amount will be charged to the buyer.

PayPal:

You can also use your PayPal account to pay your invoice. Payment is securely processed through PayPal's website using your email address and password. Your order is protected by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Gift Vouchers:

You can purchase gift vouchers from us at any time in different values. They are valid indefinitely.

Secure Shipping of Your Watch:

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we work with reliable and reputable shipping companies. Your ordered items will be shipped via DHL after purchase in our shop. We assume that the goods are in stock. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you immediately. Otherwise, the estimated shipping times are displayed directly on the product pages.

Lowest Price Guarantee:

We offer our customers an absolute lowest price guarantee. This ensures that you get the best price online. If you find your purchased watch at a lower price within 30 days (excluding eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces or auction platforms), we will promptly refund the price difference.

Assembly Service for Large Grandfather Clocks:

When purchasing large regulators or grandfather clocks, we can arrange a professional assembly service for a small additional fee to ensure that your new timepiece is set up securely and properly. Simply schedule an appointment with our service team via phone or email.
