5-Year Warranty & 10-Year Warranty
For all living room clocks from €1,500, we extend the warranty to a total of 5 years (statutory warranty + 3 additional years).
With Kieninger clocks, you even receive a 10-year warranty.
In special cases, the warranty for Kieninger clocks can be extended to up to 20 years by individual agreement.
If a problem with the movement, striking mechanism, or mechanics occurs within the warranty period, we will cover the warranty for your clock.
3-Year Warranty on Many Wristwatches and Living Room Clocks
For numerous wristwatch and living room clock brands, we extend the warranty to a total of 3 years (statutory warranty + 1 additional year).
This service is free of charge for you and automatically included with your purchase.
If a problem with the movement, striking mechanism, or mechanics occurs within the warranty period, we will cover the warranty for your clock.

Scope and Exclusion of the Warranty Extension
We provide the extended warranty for the movement, striking mechanism, or mechanics of your watch. For all listed brands, the warranty does not cover cases resulting from lack of care, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Likewise, battery replacement, damage to the glass, and worn or defective straps are excluded from the warranty services. The invoice date applies as the start of the warranty period.
