Return

1. We only accept returns of unused watches in their original packaging. If there are signs of use or damage to the watch or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a fee or refuse the return.

2. Your right of return is 100 days from receipt of the goods if the watch was ordered through our own online shop. For watches purchased from us via portals such as eBay, Amazon, etc., the return policy of the respective portal applies.

3. Please use sufficient packaging or make sure to pack the watch as it was when you received it. Some models require two boxes and need special protection (watches with glass parts, etc.). If the watch arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we are not liable for the damage.

4. After receiving the returned goods, you will receive either a credit note or an exchange.

1. Please fill out the enclosed return form carefully and note your invoice number (IMPORTANT!)!
