We ship with DHL and for large products via freight forwarding
Standard shipping is secure and fast with DHL or GLS. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. We also deliver to DHL Packstations of your choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you return the product to us due to dissatisfaction. In this case, the buyer bears the return shipping costs and the delivery costs for the shipment.
Shipping costs Germany
From €40 we ship within Germany free of charge.
Below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany.
Shipping for large grandfather clocks
For watches that must be shipped by freight due to their size (e.g., grandfather clocks), we charge a surcharge of €80 within Germany and €250 within Europe. International shipping of these watches is available upon request.
