1. We only take back unused articles in their original packaging. If there are traces of usage or damages to the article or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the price for the repair from the paid amount or not to take the article back.
2. You can return the article within 100 days from receipt of the goods, if you ordered through our online shop. For articles purchased via portals such as Ebay, Amazon, etc., their respective return conditions apply.
3. Use sufficient packaging or make sure to package the article as it was when received. Some models require double packaging and must be particularly protected. (articles with glass parts, etc.) We do not accept liability if the article arrives damaged due to an insufficient packaging.
4. Upon receipt of the goods, you will receive a credit note or an exchange of the goods.
